1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SnapScript, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SnapScript for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on SnapScript
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

SnapScript provides AI-powered content writing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password that you use to access the service
• Any activities or actions under your password
• Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

5. Content Ownership

All content generated through SnapScript is owned by you, the user. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapScript to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SnapScript or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use SnapScript, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
